Yes, quiet and far away from the main road and railway.

Why are you 5 star & 4 star rated? 
We have two assessments by Qualmark New Zealand - our luxury spa rooms are 5 star and the motor inn is quality 4 star.

Where are you located? 
On the Kaikoura waterfront, adjacent to the Cinema, Restaurant, cafe & Dolphin Encounter.

How far from the shops? 
Only a 10 minute walk.

How far from the ocean? 
Just a 30 second walk.

Does our room face the sea?
All the luxury rooms are sea facing and the superior rooms have a partial view. Our quality studios face the sunny garden area.

Do any of the 2 bedroom apartments face the sea? 
No, our 2 bedroom units all overlook our little garden area and BBQ.
