 Terms & conditions

# 1     Our cancellation policy is that we must receive 24hrs notice prior to date of check in, otherwise full cancellation charges will apply and will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.  'No Shows' will incur a charge of one night's accommodation.

# 2     All our rooms are strictly NON Smoking. Guests who choose to ignore this are liable for an extra charge, the minimum amount being the normal tariff for one night.

# 3    Child rate applies to children 12 and under.  2 years and under are free.

# 4    Credit cards are taken for confirmation and you may pay as you wish on departure, however, any unpaid incidentals will be charged to the card provided.

# 5    Any unreasonable damage to the room or property will be charged to the credit card provided, or billed to the guest and may include loss of income if applicable.  This includes extra charges for undue and excessive cleaning.

# 6    Whilst we appreciate that you may have friends to call and say hello, no visitors are allowed in rooms after 10.00pm in consideration for other guests.

# 7     Check-in time is 2.00 pm  and check out time is 10.00 am . Extentions to this are at the Managements discretion, however, failure to advise will incur a $30 per hour additional charge.

# 8     Strictly No Pets allowed in the rooms.  Should this be ignored a cleaning charge will apply to bring the room back to it's original condition.
